When and How we Ship:
Shipping is available to UK Mainland at Standard Rate and Express 1-Day Delivery. Choose your option from the selection in the ‘Basket’.
Orders are despatched within 48 hours on Standard Shipping.
For Standard delivery within the UK, please allow 2-5 days for your items to arrive.
On Express delivery, orders are despatched same day for purchases completed before 2.00 p.m. (Maximum purchase on Express Delivery is 3 items.)
We ship internationally, World-wide, and rates are shown on the ‘Shipping Calculator’ on the Basket page. Please allow 5-7 days for Europe and up to 10 days for rest of World, for your items to arrive.
Shipping is calculated on the number of items per order, with a capped maximum on larger quantities. Should you have any query about shipping, please email sales@joaslight.com.
Payments and Your Security:
Secure payments are made via Paypal. Once you go through to Checkout, you will be automatically directed to the Paypal Payment Gateway. You can choose to pay via your Paypal account, or by entering your credit or debit card details. A Paypal account is not required.
Your payment information is not stored by us in any form, your payment information goes only to the Secure Paypal system.

If any item fails to give you complete satisfaction, please let us know immediately by email to sales@joaslight.com.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. We will provide you with the return address and will exchange or refund in line with your request. Your statutory rights are not affected.
